Performance Solutions

Maximize Performance

As the healthcare landscape continues to shift away from the Fee for Service model to value-based reimbursement, independent pharmacies need a partner to understand, monitor, and improve payer performance. Performance has the most direct impact on lowering DIR liability and capturing additional Pay for Performance dollars.

My Performance Dollars DIR module

This module was created to pull claims data from RelayHealth and PBMs to estimate DIR collection amounts, provide actual DIR information and help pharmacies identify performance improvement opportunities to reduce DIR payments and give visibility to additional available revenue. Using your pharmacy's actual data, you are provided with customized results specific to your pharmacy.

Medication Therapy Management

Health Mart Atlas is working to ensure strong partnerships with MTM vendors and provide you with resources to make it easier for you to deliver MTM services in your pharmacy.

Performance Rewards Program

As payer performance becomes essential for pharmacies to achieve financial success, our Performance Rewards Program was developed to reward Health Mart Atlas customers for their payer performance. With this new program, we reward independent pharmacies that reach the Top 20% of performance goals.

Performance Chain Code

Health Mart Atlas has a unique opportunity with a national payer to evaluate our two chain codes performance separately.  Pharmacies that illustrate top performance will be grouped together (performance chain code 605) and evaluated separately from lower-performing pharmacies (standard chain code 630). Lower-performing pharmacies will not be penalized for not participating in this performance chain code; however, they will not likely earn the same DIR rebate as the higher-performing pharmacy group.
